Creative Workflow & Studio Management
Great creative work doesn't happen by accident. It happens when talented people are given clarity, support and the freedom to do their best work. My role was to create that environment.
Creative Workflow
I coordinated projects from initial request through to final delivery, bringing together stakeholders, designers and suppliers to keep work flowing smoothly from concept to completion.

Studio Leadership
I believe creative leadership is about enabling people, not managing them.
Working alongside designers across the University, I provided guidance, removed obstacles and encouraged continuous learning, creating an environment where designers could develop their skills, contribute ideas and produce their best work.

Brand Management
Working closely with the Brand Manager and marketing teams across the University, I helped implement and evolve the University's brand across print, digital and environmental communications.
The goal wasn't simply consistency. It was ensuring every touchpoint felt connected to one clear brand.
Stakeholder Management
I was the link between stakeholders, designers and external suppliers.
Working with faculties, marketing managers, senior leadership, print companies and external agencies, I translated business objectives into clear creative briefs while keeping projects moving efficiently from concept through to delivery.
Continuous Improvement
Creative studios are always evolving.
I continually refined workflows, communication and planning processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and create more space for creative thinking.
